Shipping, Pick-Ups and Returns

Warehouse Pick Ups are for arranged pre-orders only, we do not have a showroom. We can normally have your pick up order ready within an hour. Warehouse hours are 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
Shipping: Most products are processed for shipment within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, often the same day depending on timing. Most smaller items or purchases over $57.00 include free shipping and are sent via Canada Post expedited. (an upgraded service) that will also send you a tracking link from Canada Post and Westmark.
Larger items such as complete frames, rail caps, complete beds, etc. have to be ordered or produced depending on size and colour. These larger items cannot be sent by courier, but must be sent by rail or truck. The delivery time will be arranged with you by by phone, by the freight company when it gets into your town. There must be someone there to receive the shipment and offload at the prescribed time that you set up. Unfortunately, this type of residential delivery is somewhat limited to curbside or driveway delivery, they will not carry inside and inside delivery is not an option. If you add any services above this without prior knowledge, there could be extra charges billed to you, once confirmed.
Shipping Damages: If your order arrives with visible outer damage, or if the number of items are not the number received, you need to make a note on the Bill of Lading (BOL), then call or contact Waterbeds Canada to notify us of any discrepancy. Making these notes on the shippers waybill allows us to contact the shipping company and have them find your missing parts if they have not arrived, or get credit for damaged articles which allows us to send you replacement parts. If you sign the waybill and do not report the notable damage or missing articles to the shipping company with a note on the waybill and contacting us as well, the freight company will assume that your delivery is in good order and we will not be able to help you with replacement parts for anything lost or damaged. If damage is internal or hidden, please contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of your order.
Stock Levels: We endevour to maintain healthy stock levels on all replacement parts. We understand it is your bed, and know how important it is to get your order quickly. In the rare case of a stockout, we may offer an upgrade or suitable substitute or the option to wait so that your order can be fulfilled quickly.
Guarantees / Returns
Our products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship and are warranted to perform as described. If for any reason our product does not meet your expectations, you may return it unused within (7) days of receipt for a full refund (excluding actual shipping charges). For hygenic reasons, we cannot accept used bed products or previosly filled waterbed mattresses for return, for we cannot resell these in good conscience. Please contact us by phone or email for a return authorization.
If our product should happen to show any sign of defect in materials or workmanship within the specified warranty period, please contact us for a Return Authorization. We will repair or replace your product, shipping or transport charges not included.
International Orders:
Most items over $57 will qualify for free USA and Canada Shipping. We are presently unable to ship larger items outside of Canada eg. complete frames, rail caps and any oversized item. These larger items also do not qualify for free shipping as the price may vary and must be sent by limited shipping methods.
